When it comes to growing in the NDIS, John Harries has runs on the board. John is a commercial, data-driven leader that was responsible for one of Australia’s fastest growing NDIS programs. John doesn’t focus on how the NDIS “should” be, he understands the pragmatic reality of the scheme and uses his deep management expertise to provide real outcomes for providers.
You can get a sense of John’s passion for the mechanics of the scheme in our insights. Prior to his career in the sector, John was a professional athlete and he brings his determination to win to his clients.

Dean Bowman is an experienced not for profit professional who has been involved in the NDIS since the Hunter Trial site. Dean lead the NDIS growth effort across some of Australia’s most significant not-for-profit organisations.
Dean is focused on leveraging data and systems to enable excellent providers to offer great products and expand their market share. Dean’s studies in business, commerce and psychological science have fostered his obsession about what customers really want in the NDIS.

Emma Pollard is a driven quality auditor with extensive experience in various industries, including biomedicine, finance, and community services.
Starting her career as a biomedical scientist, Emma progressed to a quality assurance lead role at NSW Health before becoming general manager of quality and customer at a large not-for-profit NDIS provider for almost a decade.
Emma believes the quality of services should exceed the minimum standards to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience.
